Cancellations, Rescheduling and No Show Policy
We all get busy, and we understand that special circumstances are unavoidable and a cancellation of your appointment may be necessary. If you find yourself unable to keep an appointment, we kindly request 24 hours’ notice. This courtesy enables us to schedule another client in this time.
If we do not receive 24 hours notification of cancellation, rescheduling or you just don’t show up to an appointment we reserve the right to charge 50% of your treatment booked as a cancellation fee.
There will be no charge if we are able to fill your time slot or the reason you need to cancel is exceptional; and beyond your control but in these instances a phone call is still needed as far in advance as possible.
Please remember we are a small local business trying to offer affordable prices and quality services. When someone doesn’t show up or cancels or reschedules in less the 24hrs notice this has a significant impact on us as we still have to absorb the costs including staff wages and overheads not to mention we have likely already turned other customers away because that time slot was taken. We appreciate your cooperation and will do our best in return to keep offering competitive prices and exceptional treatments.

Being on Time
Please ensure you are on time for your appointment as a courtesy to the client that follows. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we cannot guarantee we will be able to complete your treatment for you. If your treatment is unable to be completed due to being late, the above cancellation policy will apply.
All prices are inclusive of GST, and may be subject to change without notice. We accept cash, EFTPOS, VISA and MasterCard.
